Mycah Whiting is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia. A proud alumna of Spelman College, she completed her undergraduate studies in Psychology, with a minor in Business Management and obtained a Masters of Arts in Marriage and  Family Therapy, with a specialization in Sex Therapy, from Richmont Graduate University.

Born and raised in Richmond, VA to a family of educators and helping professionals, Mycah has always had a passion for helping others and being a conduit for healing and growth. She is person-centered and strength-based in her approach with clients, providing therapeutic support with the mindset that every individual can be equipped with the tools, or better yet, the "remedies" needed to be their best selves.

Having garnered a diverse background of training and experience as a licensed therapist over the past 12 years, Mycah has been recognized by her clients as a genuinely empathic listener with innate intuitive abilities, a naturally personable demeanor and an affinity for laughter. Mycah believes in the adage "life's too short not to find something to smile about".  So one can definitely expect a little humor and light-heartedness while working with her.
